Hi, I'm Matilda — a wedding photographer, an emotional soul, and the one you'll often find in the middle of the dance floor with a camera when the party is at its very best.

My approach is to document your wedding exactly as it unfolds, preserving genuine moments with timeless imagery while offering calm guidance and wholehearted support from our very first conversation to the moment your gallery is delivered.

Since 2020, I've had the privilege of documenting more than 50 weddings, from intimate ceremonies to full-day celebrations. That experience allows me to stay calm, adaptable and prepared, so you can relax and enjoy every moment, even when the unexpected happens.

Do you travel internationally?
Absolutely. I photograph weddings throughout Sweden and across Europe. If you're planning a destination wedding, I'll gladly help with travel planning and create a bespoke proposal based on your location.
Do you speak English?
Yes! All communication, planning meetings and guidance throughout your wedding day can be held entirely in English, making the experience easy and relaxed from start to finish.
Do you photograph weddings throughout Sweden?
Yes! I'm based in Sweden but photograph weddings throughout the country and across Europe. Whether you're planning a seaside celebration, a countryside estate wedding or an intimate destination wedding, I'd love to join you wherever your story takes you.
We're awkward in front of the camera. Will you help us?
Absolutely—and you're certainly not alone. Almost every couple tells me this before their wedding. My job is to create a relaxed, comfortable atmosphere where you can simply be yourselves. I'll gently guide you whenever it's needed, without stiff poses or anything that feels forced.
How much direction do you give throughout the day?
During your portraits, I'll guide you so you never have to wonder what to do. For the rest of the day, I work in a documentary way, capturing genuine moments as they naturally unfold. My goal is for you to experience your wedding—not feel like you're on a photoshoot all day.
How far in advance should we book?
Most couples book between 6 and 18 months in advance, especially for popular summer dates. That said, last-minute availability does occasionally open up, so it's always worth getting in touch.
What if it rains?
Then we'll make something beautiful out of it. 🤍 Scandinavian weather can be wonderfully unpredictable, and I'm always prepared with a backup plan. Rain doesn't mean less beautiful photographs—in fact, it often creates some of the most intimate, atmospheric and memorable images.
Do you bring backup equipment?
Always. I photograph with professional equipment and carry backup camera bodies, lenses, memory cards and all essential gear. Your memories are simply too important to leave to chance.
What happens if you become ill?
A very reasonable question—and one I take seriously. In the unlikely event that I can't photograph your wedding, I have a trusted network of experienced wedding photographers I can call upon to help find the best possible solution. Thankfully, I've never had to use it.
How many photographs will we receive?
Rather than delivering a fixed number of images, I deliver every photograph that meets my quality standards and helps tell the complete story of your day. For a full-day wedding, this usually means several hundred carefully edited images.
When will we receive our gallery?
You'll receive a small preview gallery shortly after your wedding day. 🤍 Your full gallery is typically delivered within 4–8 weeks, depending on the season and the scope of your celebration, and I'll keep you updated along the way.
Can we customise a collection?
Absolutely. Every wedding is unique. Whether you're planning an intimate elopement, a city hall ceremony or a multi-day celebration, we'll create a collection that fits your plans and feels just right for you.
